<p>Extension of medical_prescription that adds message threading functionality
to prescription orders and prescription order lines.</p>

<h3>Usage</h3>

<li>Go to Medical -> Medicine -> Prescription Orders OR Prescription Lines</li>
<li>Click on a prescription order or prescription line</li>
<li>At the bottom of the page, press "New Message"</li>
<li>Write your message and press "Send"</li>
