<h2>Medical Prescription Disease State</h2>
<p>Extension of medical that adds the disease concept into prescription order lines
in order to maintain a clean patient prescription history.</p>

<h3>Usage</h3>

<li>Go to Medical -> Medicine -> Prescription Lines</li>
<li>Select a prescription or create a new one</li>
<li>You will be given the option to add a disease to the prescription</li>
