<p>Support ticket system for Odoo 14. Loosely inspired by features in osTicket and
Odoo 14 Enterprise Edition. Intended to be compatible with OCA modules.</p>

<h4>Usage</h4>
<p>Install module and go to the Care Center application. Assign Odoo users to</p>
<ul class="simple">
<li>Assign Tasks/Tickets to Support Teams</li>
<li>Track tickets by Code</li>
<li>Create Tasks/Tickets , with flexible range of Priorities</li>
<li>Record timesheets, and send customer a PDF report of Timesheet activity</li>
</ul>
<p>Configuration menu groups Tasks/Tickets related settings together so administration
can be performed within the Care Center application.</p>
