The UBL standard became the <a class="reference external" href="http://www.iso.org/iso/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=66370">ISO/IEC 19845</a> standard in December 2015 (cf the <cite>official announce &lt;http://www.prweb.com/releases/2016/01/prweb13186919.htm&gt;_</cite>).
