<h2>Runbot Skip Tests</h2>
<p>This module will take out "--tests-enable" from all commands given to instances
built by runbot.</p>
<p>Speeds up runbot if the only intention is to do manual browsing tests</p>

<p>To configure this module, you need to:</p>

<li>Go to a repository in the runbot instance</li>
<li>Check the <cite>skip tests</cite> field</li>
</ol>
