<li>Create/modify the desired children's contact (Contacts > Select or Create > Contacts & Addresses > Press 'Add' button) and set type to 'Ordering contact'.</li>
<li>Create a Sale Order (Sales > Create) and select the contact created/modified in 'Customer' field.</li>
