<p>Add the reports for the "commission fédérale du commerce des vins (CFCV)".</p>
<p>It uses the custom attributes on the products to add the fields used in
the report only on products with boolean <cite>is_wine</cite> and <cite>is_liquor</cite> as true.</p>
