<ul class="simple">
<li>Make contract checkout step ribbon only show in UI when there's contracts in cart.</li>
<li>If a checkout order with contracts is deferred to a quote. When a quote is accepted
and confirmed, the temp contracts in the checkout may have been erased by the
database by then, which means the signatures for the contracts will have been lost.</li>
