<h2>Helpdesk - Field Service - Agreement</h2>
<p>This module carries over the values for agreement and service
profile when creating service requests from a helpdesk ticket</p>

<h3>Usage</h3>
<p>Create a service request from a helpdesk ticket as usual. If there
is an agreement or service profile set on the ticket, the values for
those will be auto-populated on the new service request.</p>
