This module enable sent e-mail by document type and by document state.

Table of contents


To configure this module, you need to:

  1. Go to Fiscal -> Configuration -> Others -> Fiscal Document Email
  2. Create or select an email definition and define the document type, document status and email template that will be sent.


To use this module, you need to:

  • Go to Fiscal -> Emission -> All Documents
  • Create or select a fiscal document and set document type
  • Perform document status change procedures (Confirmed, Sent, Canceled and the like)
  • To check if the emails were sent please see the document's communication history or access Settings -> Technical -> Email -> Emails

Please note that an email will be sent to the partner when the tax document is in one of the situations configured for sending email
