It extends standard VAT on payment module available in <a class="reference external" href="https://github.com/OCA/account-payment">https://github.com/OCA/account-payment</a> repo, adding the check in supplier invoices of the partner behaviour.</p> <a name="installation"></a> <h2>Installation</h2> <p>To install this module, you need to:</p> <ul class="simple"> <li>clone the branch 8.0 of the repository <a class="reference external" href="https://github.com/OCA/l10n-romania">https://github.com/OCA/l10n-romania</a></li> <li>add the path to this repository in your configuration (addons-path)</li> <li>update the module list</li> <li>search for &quot;Romania - VAT on Payment&quot; in your addons</li> <li>install the module</li> </ul> <a name="usage"></a> <h2>Usage</h2> <p>On the partner accounting page you will have a new field called &quot;VAT on Payment&quot; and a new button, called &quot;Update VAT on Payment&quot;, available only on companies (is_company field set to True). Pushing the button will search in the ANAF datas for records assigned to the partner's VAT number and linked them to it.</p> <p>On invoices, you have:</p> <ul class="simple"> <li>A new field, &quot;Is a fiscal Receipt&quot;, for mark the invoices appropriate.</li> <li>A new method, about checking if the partner applies VAT on Payment at the invoice date.
