<h2>CRM claim school</h2>
<ul class="simple">
<li>New menu "Support" with crm claims, and incoming mail server options.</li>
<li>On the incoming mail server define the school, and the categories of claims.</li>
<li>In the claims category, define the incoming mail server.</li>
<li>When a mail is received, and the claim is created, take the "school" that
marks the incoming server, and the category if it only has one. Also take the
person responsible for the claim, defined in the claim category of the
incoming mail server.</li>
